After-Sales Statement
Compliance with Regulations:
Customers within the product warranty period who encounter quality defects are eligible for free repair or product replacement as part of our after-sales service.
Service Recipients:
Applicable to all consumers using KOWIN products.
Warranty Period
Embedded Storage Chip Products:
One year from the date of order.
Solid State Drive (SSD) Products:
Three years from the date of order.
Mobile Storage Card Products:
Three years from the date of order.
Memory Modules:
One year from the date of order.
After-Sales Limitations
The after-sales service does not apply to the following situations:
(1) Failure to use this product according to the instructions and intended functions and environment;
(2) Any malfunctions or defects caused by the use of third-party products or software;
(3) Any faults resulting from improper installation, process damage, unauthorized repairs not conducted by KOWIN, or accidents;
(4) Any other circumstances where KOWIN has confirmed that you have violated this agreement.
Precautions
1. For products with storage functionality, please back up your existing data within the product before sending it for repair. KOWIN does not guarantee the integrity of original data during the repair process;
2. Some product repairs involve replacement with spare parts, so the repaired product may not be the same as the original;
3. If the product was purchased as part of a kit, it must be returned as a complete set to qualify for warranty coverage.
